Billing & Cancellation Policy

How FoodHubbie bills: per-order rates by channel, the one-time setup fee, what counts as a billable order, invoices and disputes.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

What you pay

FoodHubbie is billed per order, not per month. Each completed order is charged at the rate for the channel it came through. There is no monthly subscription, no minimum and no lock-in.

ChannelRate
POS counter sale₹1 per order
QR table order₹2 per order
WhatsApp / delivery webview order₹5 per order, or 1% of the order value on the commission option
Other channels₹2 per order
Promotional WhatsApp message₹1 per message
One-time software setup₹500, non-refundable, adjusted in your first bill

Rates are shown on the pricing page and in your outlet's billing record. A negotiated rate in a signed agreement replaces the published rate for that outlet.

What counts as a billable order

  • An order is billable when it is accepted into the outlet's order flow and is not cancelled or refunded.
  • Cancelled and refunded orders are never billed, including orders cancelled automatically when a table session expires.
  • Orders taken while an outlet is disabled are not possible — the ordering surfaces refuse them.
  • Promotional messages are billed per message actually queued for sending, at ₹1 each.

Not included

  • Hosting. Each restaurant runs on its own Firebase project and pays Google directly for hosting and database usage.
  • Meta charges. WhatsApp's own conversation charges for the official API are billed by Meta, not by us.
  • Taxes as applicable, and any custom development requested outside the product.
  • Hardware. The software runs in a browser on your existing devices.

Invoices and payment

Usage is counted from the order records in your outlet. An invoice is issued for the billing period with the order count and amount per channel; promotional messages are listed separately. Payment terms and the payment method are agreed at onboarding and shown on the invoice.

If an invoice stays unpaid we will contact you first and may pause ordering for the outlet until it is settled. Your data is not deleted for non-payment — see refunds and termination.

Disputing a bill

Every charge can be traced to specific orders. If a figure looks wrong, send us the invoice number and the order IDs within 7 days of the invoice date. We check the order records and either explain the charge or correct it on the next invoice. Corrections are never made by editing past orders — the order log is the record.

Cancelling an order

Cancelling an order is a normal part of service: it removes the charge. Cancelling your account is covered by the refund and termination policy. Questions about a bill: nileshshah84870@gmail.com or +91 97246 49971.
